Whether telling your baby’s father that you are pregnant or that you plan on keeping the baby, this can be a stressful step. You don’t know how your baby’s father is going to react. About this, I have the same thing to say as I did about telling your parents: it will be a hard conversation, but it will end.
You need people to be understanding of you and your fear or worry, but your baby’s father will also be fearful and worried. If he reacts badly, there’s no excuse for that, but the reason he’s being that way is probably out of the same intense stress you are feeling.
